I approached the boss with a suggestion, something we have never done before, something that comes very close to the personal/professional line, and she was not convinced. She didn’t say no either, and since I am not stopped by a ‘no’ or attached to the outcome, I just listened, and will now adress her concerns.
If it happens it will be in the next week or two, if it does not happen, it does not mean anything.
